En deux mois de vacances nous aurons fait 20 plongées!!! (j'ai fait ma 40ème aujourd'hui!!!), dont les deux dernières aujourd'hui.
Première plongée sur une passe dans la barrière côté lagon, près de Nouméa. Notre première épave, pas trop de poissons, mais c'était fun de rentrer dans un bateau coulé!!! Et au retour au bateau: requin pointe blanche et deux raies pastenagues.
Deuxième plongée avec plus de corail et 6 tortues dont une grosse tête (énorme!!!).
Nous partons demain pour une semaine dans le nord de la Calédonie (mais en fait, c'est le sud le nord... vous suivez? donc plus tropical et encore plus rural!) Photos dans une semaine!
In our two month vacation we have dove 20 times (I did my number 40 today!), and twice today!
Our first dive spot today was on one of the passes that cut the reef on the lagoon side, not far from Nouméa. We dove our first shipwreck! There were not many fish, but it was fun to get into a boat under water!!! On the way back to the boat, we saw a white fin shark and 2 eagle rays.
For the second dive, we were on shallow coral and spotted 6 turtles: 5 green and one huge big-head turtle.
We are leaving tomorrow for a 6 day car trip to the north of New Caledonia. The north is the south here... do you follow me? That means more tropical stuff and rural life!! Photos will come next week end...
